Another day of five Bft, with gusts of six and seven on the lake. Five Lasers this week and sunshine. Unlike last week I pushed things a bit harder, resulting in a handful of capsizes and a better understanding of where and why things go wrong.
Cees and Charlotte [who sails with Em in the Optimist B team] did a double act and I caught them, just coming in, on the webcam when I got home.
